The location was great, and parking was easy for my large car. The bed was comfy enough for a budget stay, making it decent for the price. A quick dip in the pool was nice, too!

However, I swear the housekeeping was on a secret mission—it's like they were hiding from me!

We walked into the friendliest staff greeting us after a crazy 14 hour trip, which was just what we needed. Trish at the front desk came in clutch for us when other places denied our requests, making everything much easier for our family of 3 creatures--2 large dogs included.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

The room conditions were not great. maintenance seemed non-existent. The doorframe latch was missing, which made me feel unsafe. The room was somewhat clean, but it did harbor the smell of cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room. I did enjoy the friendliness of some cleaning staff while they assisted with my needs. The location was busy as it’s near the interstate, contributing to noise at night, but I managed to sleep decently. On the flip side, I encountered issues with management regarding payment methods. They weren't accommodating when my card transactions declined, and I felt ignored when I tried to reach out about it. One incident that stood out was overhearing a rude comment from the front desk staff, which spoiled my experience. Overall, I felt like the hotel just needed better management and maintenance.

Enjoyed the quiet room facing the pool and the clean amenities. the bed was super comfy. However, the bathroom could definitely use some updates. Would stay again!
